Refund policy

The Deska i Dłuto website is a demonstration project. The workshop, its address, tax identification number, and named individuals are fictional. Payment and refunds are simulated and do not result in any actual transfer of money.

The deposit is PLN 200 gross and is payable in advance. If the customer orders furniture, the full deposit will be deducted from the order value.

If the customer does not order furniture after receiving the design and quote, the deposit covers travel, measurement, and design preparation. Because the service has been completed, the deposit is then non-refundable.

A full refund of the deposit is available in the following cases:

• The customer cancels before the scheduled measurement, no later than 24 hours before the appointment.
• For reasons attributable to the workshop, the workshop cannot perform the measurement within 14 days.

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason by sending a statement to kontakt@deskaidluto.pl.

If the consumer expressly requests the measurement to be performed before the 14-day period ends and the service is performed, the right to withdraw expires. If the consumer withdraws after performance has begun, the refund will be reduced proportionally by the value of the service supplied up to the time of withdrawal.

Any amount due will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method used for the payment.

In this version of the website, payment through the mock Stripe gateway is only a simulation. No money is collected and no obligation to pay arises, so any refund is also only simulated.
