How long does custom furniture take?
Usually 4 to 8 weeks from design approval. Simple built-ins take a month, kitchens and large bookcases up to two months. We state the date in the quote and stick to it.
Is the quote deposit refundable?
The 200 PLN deposit is deducted from the order value. If you decide not to proceed after receiving the design, the deposit covers travel, measurement and design and is not refunded.
What warranty do you give on furniture?
Custom furniture comes with a 3-year warranty, restorations with 2 years. The warranty covers construction, glue joints and hardware. It does not cover natural colour changes of the wood or mechanical damage.
How do I care for an oiled wooden worktop?
Wipe up spilled water right away, do not put hot pots directly on the wood and every 6 to 12 months wipe the top with the oil you receive from us at handover. It takes about 20 minutes.
Do you travel outside Poznań?
Yes, we work within roughly 50 km of Poznań: Luboń, Swarzędz, Kórnik, Tarnowo Podgórne, Śrem and nearby. Outside the city we charge 2 PLN per kilometre each way.
Can I see wood samples before ordering?
Yes. For the measurement we bring a sample board with oak, ash, beech and walnut in different finishes. You can also visit the workshop during opening hours by appointment.
